15 september – 31 december € 175,- per night.

1 january 2024 – 1 april 2024 € 150,- per night.

* Low season = 1st of October – 1st of may.

* High season = 1st of May – 30 st of September .

* Check-in time from 16.00 hours. Check-out time is 10.00 hours.

* Minimum stay is 4 nights.

* Deposit of € 300,- euros upon arrival.

* Tourist tax is not applicable in Andalucia.

* Pets are not allowed.

* To ensure your booking we ask for a 40% advanced payment.

* Pin & credit card facilities are present.

* If cancelled up to 30 days before check-in, the guest will receive a full refund of the deposit.

If cancelled in between 30 and 10 days upon arrival, the refund is 50% of the deposit.

If cancelled later there will be no restitution of the deposit made.
